Job summary

You will partner with caregivers to tailor services, develop IFSPs with goals, and ensure culturally respectful, evidence-based practice. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range of $54,000–$59,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in infants and toddlers/early intervention or related field with practicum or work experience (min 300 hours).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to engage in meaningful, therapeutic relationships with children, families, and partners.
• Commitment to individualized and culturally humble services.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of developmental status.
• Provide direct child development services for 0–3 years and families.
• Develop IFSP goals and strategies for child development.
• Complete progress notes, reports, and assessments.
• Provide individual and group intervention for infants and toddlers with delays or at risk.
