Job summary

Aspire Developmental Services Inc is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for early intervention on the North Shore. You will provide home and community-based services to infants and toddlers birth to three, partnering with families to implement IFSP and support developmental outcomes.

Join a transdisciplinary team, conduct developmental evaluations, and deliver family education through home visits, with a focus on cultural sensitivity and high professionalism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and MA OT license.
• Culturally competent and able to interact with families from diverse backgrounds.
• Professional and organized with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with home visiting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for a caseload of children and implement IFSP through case management and home visiting.
• Utilize assessment tools to inform development of IFSP outcomes.
• Facilitate small group sessions supporting social-emotional development and parent support.

QUALIFICATIONS
