Job summary
Paycom - ATS seeks an Early Intervention Specialist to support infants and toddlers from birth to three with developmental delays or risks. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, establish IFSP goals with an interdisciplinary team, and coach families to apply learning opportunities in natural settings.
Travel within the territory will be required to deliver services and collaborate with caregivers and other professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed early childhood or related fields.
- At least one year of experience with infants/toddlers or birth-5 with disabilities.
- Willing to travel within the established territory as needed.
- Strong assessment, documentation, and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 18 clients/families (full-time).
- Provide early intervention in the natural environment (home, daycare, community) for infants/toddlers birth to three with delays or risk.
- Develop functional IFSP goals with an interdisciplinary team.
- Coaching and support to families to enhance learning opportunities.
- Submit routine documentation per DHHS and KIDS policies.
