Qualifications

• Requires a Master's degree in Early Childhood Development/Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience working infancy/early childhood.
• Bilingual candidates preferred; fluency may qualify for a 6% salary increase.

Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, and evaluate the performance of infants and children using industry-standard measures
• Develop and ensure follow-up on treatment goals from the IFSP in the home, in accordance with funding requirements, clinical best practices, and family collaboration
• Provide intervention in areas such as cognition, social behavior, perceptual motor skills, and learning styles
• Complete assessments, progress notes, and insurance verification reports within established timelines
• Maintain client records in compliance with Department of Public Health and Eliot protocols
