Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. is seeking an Infant & Toddler Developmental Specialist for the Early Intervention program serving Everett, Malden, and Medford areas.

The role involves screenings, home and office visits, and collaboration with families to implement IFSP goals using a coaching model. The position supports infants and toddlers with developmental delays, offering professional growth and a supportive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant field.
• Experience working with infancy/early childhood.
• Bilingual candidates preferred and if fluent in a needed language may be eligible for a 6% salary increase.

Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, and evaluate the performance of infants and children using industry-standard measures.
• Develop and ensure follow-up on treatment goals from the IFSP in the home, in accordance with funding requirements, clinical best practices, and family collaboration.
• Provide intervention in cognition, social behavior, perceptual motor skills, and learning styles.
• Complete assessments, progress notes, and insurance verification reports within established timelines.
• Maintain client records in compliance with Department of Public Health and Eliot protocols.
