Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide home-based Early Intervention services in California. The role involves using a parent coaching model to support infants and toddlers with developmental delays in their homes and communities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy in California.
• Pediatric experience preferred (Early Intervention).
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide PT services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Align with IFSP and help families develop strategies to reach goals.
• Build caregiver confidence through family-centered coaching and ensure progress transfer.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment (home, daycare, community).
• Perform reassessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal rules.
