Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide home-based early intervention therapy for infants and toddlers.

You will work with families in their homes and in community settings, delivering PT services using the Parent Coaching Model and IFSP-driven goals to support developmental progress.

Flexible schedules, travel between sessions, and opportunity to make a daily difference align with a supportive team and paid admin time.

Qualifications

• DPT license required in California.
• Pediatric/ Early Intervention experience preferred.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral).

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide PT services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to set developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Deliver services in homes, daycare centers, and other community settings.
• Prepare re-assessments and progress reports (bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and relevant regulations.
