Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide home-based Early Intervention services for infants, toddlers and their families throughout California. The role emphasizes family coaching and delivering therapy in the child’s natural environment.

Qualifications

• California Physical Therapy (DPT) license required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide PT services using parent coaching.
• Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to set goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and skills.
• Deliver services in homes, daycare centers, and community settings.
• Prepare progress reports bi-annual and maintain confidentiality.
