Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver home-based Early Intervention services for infants and toddlers across California.

You will work with families in homes or community settings, guided by IFSP goals and the Parent Coaching Model to empower caregivers. Responsibilities include developmental assessments, progress reporting, and ensuring confidentiality in line with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

• California Physical Therapy license (DPT) required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide PT services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSP goals and collaborate with families to develop strategies for developmental progress.
• Provide services in children’s natural environments (homes, daycare centers, community settings).
• Maintain progress notes and biannual progress reports while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
