Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. seeks licensed Physical Therapists to deliver home-based Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers and their families across California.

You will conduct developmental PT sessions, follow IFSPs, and coach families in the child’s natural environments, including homes and community settings. A pediatric background and Spanish language ability are a plus, with a sign-on bonus and flexible schedules offered.

Qualifications

• California Physical Therapy license (DPT) required.
• Pediatric experience preferred (Early Intervention).
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide PT services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and work with families to set developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment (home, daycare, community).
• Prepare re-assessments and progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
