Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver pediatric early intervention services in infants, toddlers, and their families. The role emphasizes family coaching, natural environment therapy, and progression toward individualized developmental goals.

Applicants should have California PT licensure, pediatric experience, and strong communication skills. The position offers flexible schedules, travel between sessions, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• Pediatric EI experience preferred.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide physical therapy services.
• Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to set developmental goals.
• Utilize family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment (home, daycare, community).
• Prepare progress reports bi-annual and maintain confidentiality.
