Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to serve infants and toddlers in their homes and community settings. You will work in early intervention programs, collaborating with families to support developmental goals and family-centered coaching.

The role offers flexible schedules, travel between sessions, and a supportive team. Pediatric EI experience and a California DPT license are preferred.

Qualifications

• California Physical Therapy (DPT) license required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention is preferred.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide physical therapy services.
• Follow IFSPs and collaborate with families to reach developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment (homes, daycares, community settings).
• Perform reassessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
