Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. seeks a licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist to support infants, toddlers and families in home-based Early Intervention in California. The role offers flexible schedules and diverse settings.

You will perform developmental assessments, deliver physical therapy using the Parent Coaching Model, align with IFSP goals, and document progress while maintaining HIPAA and professional standards.

Qualifications

• California PT license (DPT) is required.
• Strong pediatric and Early Intervention experience preferred.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide PT services in the child’s natural environment.
• Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to reach developmental goals.
• Coach families using the Parent Coaching Model to build caregiver confidence.
• Prepare progress reports and reassessments bi-annual.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect confidentiality.
