You will work directly in families' homes or community settings, focusing on developmental goals in a supportive, coaching-based model.

Qualifications

• California Physical Therapy (DPT) license required.
• Pediatric experience preferred (Early Intervention).

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide pediatric physical therapy in home/community settings.
• Follow IFSP plans and collaborate with families to set developmental goals.
• Utilize family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Document progress with re-assessments and progress reports bi-annual.
