Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Roanoke, Virginia seeks a full-time ICs Program Manager to lead home-based services for individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care. The role includes program development, implementation, and staff supervision across the Roanoke area.

The Program Manager will oversee regulatory compliance, fiscal oversight, and team performance, with travel throughout the service area and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university accredited by USDOE or CHEA.
• Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional.
• Have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and insurability is required.
• Must have reliable transportation that will allow movement throughout the program delivery area.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, development, implementation, and operational management of assigned ICs programs.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered service delivery; regulatory compliance; fiscal oversight; and supervision of staff.
• Foster a positive team culture grounded in Easterseals PORT Health values of Accountability, Commitment, and Caring.
• Travel throughout the Roanoke service area as needed (about 1.5 hours around the area) to support program delivery.
