Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Residential Program Manager to lead across group homes, aligning clinical and operational goals with person-centered care. You will influence program quality, mentor leaders, and ensure compliant, high-impact services for individuals with developmental and behavioral health needs.

The role emphasizes budget oversight, partnerships with community stakeholders, and travel among facilities to sustain performance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a USDOE or CHEA-accredited institution; human services or a related field preferred.
• Current QMHP credential with the Virginia Department of Health Professions is REQUIRED
• Demonstrated leadership within residential services, including coaching and developing teams
• Experience with budget management, fiscal reporting, and operational oversight
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health and person-centered practices
• Strong strategic, communication, and relationship-building skills; willingness to travel between locations and use EMR/EHR/M365

Responsibilities

• Lead program performance and operations across assigned group homes, promoting quality and accountability.
• Develop and mentor residential leaders through coaching and development.
• Champion person-centered, recovery-oriented practices in crisis services and support.
• Drive operational and fiscal performance by monitoring budgets and resources.
• Ensure quality and regulatory readiness through licensing, payer, and documentation compliance.
• Build partnerships with employees, CSBs, hospitals, MCOs, families, and community partners
