Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Asheboro, NC is seeking a Program Supervisor to guide and manage program staff delivering services to individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges in homes, day programs, and residential settings.

You will lead case management in collaboration with MCOs, develop annual budgets for cost centers, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality supports. The role offers competitive base salary, paid training, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field.
• Must be QP qualified professional.
• Minimum of three years of program and supervisory experience, including residential services.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation that will allow movement throughout the program delivery area.

Responsibilities

• Guide Program Supervisors to provide case management to clients and families in collaboration with the MCOs to set personal plans.
• Coordinate the required services and support with the family to meet daily living and social needs.
• Develop annual budgets for assigned cost centers and provide for effective monitoring and financial management of the program.
