Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a compassionate, full-time Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to oversee person-centered services for clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges in their homes in the Edenton, NC area. Regular travel up to 1.5 hours in the general area is required, with direct supervision of care staff and development of individualized service plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license with good driving record.
• Reliable transportation to cover program delivery area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee person-centered supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home settings.
• Direct supervision of direct care staff and ensure quality of services.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards.
• Support development and implementation of individualized service plans.
