Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to oversee person-centered services for individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their homes in the Winterville, NC area.

The role includes direct supervision of care staff, ensuring compliance with state and agency standards, and supporting development of individualized service plans with regular travel up to 1.5 hours in the general area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional.
• Must have a valid North Carolina driver’s license and insurable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee person-centered services for individuals with IDD or mental health needs.
• Provide direct supervision to direct care staff and ensure compliance with agency standards.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans and monitor quality of supports.
