Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health, a non-profit serving NC & VA, seeks a Program Supervisor to guide Program Supervisors and oversee care for clients with IDD or mental health challenges in homes and community settings.

Responsibilities include directing case management with MCOs, coordinating services, and managing program budgets, with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule and a starting salary of $50,000. The organization emphasizes growth, benefits, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field.
• Must be QP qualified professional.
• Minimum of three years of program and supervisory experience, including experience in residential services.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation that will allow movement throughout the program delivery area.

Responsibilities

• Guide Program Supervisors to provide case management with MCOs to set personal plans.
• Coordinate services and support for clients and families.
• Develop annual budgets for assigned cost centers and monitor financial performance.
