Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field required.
• Must be QP qualified professional.
• Minimum of three years of program and supervisory experience in residential or community-based settings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support Program Supervisors to provide case management in collaboration with MCOs.
• Coordinate services and develop personal plans to meet client needs.
• Develop annual budgets for assigned cost centers and monitor finances.
• Ensure program operations align with organizational goals and compliance.
