Job summary
Easterseals PORT Health in Virginia seeks a Residential Program Manager to lead group homes, develop leaders, and ensure high-quality, person-centered residential crisis services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs.
The role requires strategic oversight, collaboration with community partners, travel between facilities, and a commitment to program quality, licensing readiness, and fiscal stewardship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
- Current QMHP credential with Virginia Health Professions is REQUIRED.
- Experience leading residential services and coaching teams.
- Experience with budgeting, fiscal reporting, and operations.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health and person-centered practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and program leadership across group homes.
- Develop residential leaders through coaching and performance management.
- Champion recovery-oriented best practices in crisis services.
- Monitor budgets, revenue, expenses, and program measures.
- Maintain licensing readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Foster partnerships with CSBs, hospitals, and families.
