Job summary
Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Residential Program Manager to provide operational and programmatic leadership across assigned group homes in a hybrid role with regular travel to facilities. You will lead through residential leaders, drive quality, fiscal performance, and person-centered support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from USDOE or CHEA-accredited institution; human services or related field preferred.
- Current QMHP credential with the Virginia Department of Health Professions is REQUIRED.
- Demonstrated leadership within residential services, including coaching and supporting teams.
- Experience with budget management, fiscal reporting, and operational oversight.
Responsibilities
- Lead program performance and operations across group homes, ensuring quality and accountability.
- Develop and mentor residential leaders through coaching, goal setting, and performance management.
- Champion person-centered, recovery-oriented practices and strengthen crisis services.
- Monitor budgets, revenue, expenses, labor, and key program metrics to address opportunities.
