Job summary

Qualifications
- BCBA certification verified by BACB.
- Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents with special needs.
- Knowledge of ABA strategies and ethical practices.
- Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software platforms.
- Ability to meet job demands including lifting up to 50 lbs. and active engagement with children.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
- Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
- Supervise by observing staff meetings with families and provide guidance.
- Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff performance.
