Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a BCBA to deliver home-based services in a hybrid work model in Vineland, NJ. The role includes supervising BTs/RBTs and managing a small caseload, with ongoing data review and treatment plan adjustments.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children/adults with various needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision with families and staff through meetings.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
