Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a BCBA to join a growing team in a hybrid/onsite capacity in Moorestown, NJ. The role involves direct supervision of BTs/RBTs, reviewing session data, and adjusting individualized treatment plans for a small caseload.

The position offers a detailed benefits package, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, and the potential for up to a $6,000 annual incentive. Requires BCBA certification and Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents with special needs.
• Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff guidance.
