Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Christmas Kettle Program and supervise volunteers and drivers.

• Plan driver routes, assign daily scopes of work, and track hours for payroll.
• Oversee equipment, site readiness, and kettle maintenance; ensure safety checks.
• Prepare season-end reports and assist with data entry and budgeting.
