Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of selling or retail experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across teams.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience and prioritize the customer.
• Greet customers, recommend products, and upsell.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, stylists, and store leadership.
• Maintain neat, signed sales floor and support markdowns.
• Plan and lead vendor events and local marketing efforts.
• Be proficient with Macy's POS and store devices to complete sales.
