Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead the Project Management Services team, overseeing projects that enhance community quality of life. You will apply strong PM and construction background, leadership, and excellent communication to coordinate internal staff and external contractors.

The role emphasizes planning, budgeting, risk management, and cross-functional leadership to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven project management experience, HOA or related field.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with objectives, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and communicate goals and expectations.
• Oversee execution, track progress and keep on time and on budget.
• Build, lead and motivate cross-functional teams including contractors.
• Serve as primary contact for HOA board members and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project budgets and allocate resources.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and status reports.
