Job summary

FirstService Residential in Florida is seeking a Community Association Manager to lead our on-site operations, coordinating with departments to meet company objectives and exceed service standards for residents.

You will oversee a team, manage contracts with the association, conduct site inspections, and ensure construction and maintenance projects are completed on time and within budget, while delivering exceptional customer service and board communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction.
• Must be Florida CAM certified and licensed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Supervise team within a property and maintain standards of excellence.
• Interface with Board of Directors and residents to ensure quality service.
