Job summary

FirstService Residential seeks a Community Association Manager to lead on-site operations, collaborating with Regional Directors and Boards to implement projects and ensure high-quality service for residents. You will manage a portfolio of properties, drive process improvements, and guide staff to meet contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities include overseeing budgets, coordinating move-ins, aligning resources, and maintaining safety and compliance across properties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state statutes and community documents.
• Strong financial acumen with cash balance and capital improvements.
• Excellent organization, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication, with problem solving abilities.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to guide staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned properties and book of business; align goals with Regional Director.
• Lead a team across portfolio properties and ensure quality resident service and adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate with Regional Director, Board and departments to implement new programs and initiatives.
• Maintain positive relationships with homeowners, Board, and internal departments to meet goals.
• Oversee contracts, inspections, and move-in processes; ensure timely actions and compliance.
• Prepare and manage budgets; monitor expenses and negotiate with vendors to stay within budget.
