Job summary

FirstService Residential seeks an accomplished Project Manager to join our Project Management Services team. You will oversee and execute HOA community projects, delivering on time and within budget while enhancing community services.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with HOA boards and homeowners, and manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications. A strong PM background and PMP is a plus; Bachelor's degree required. Travel possible within the West region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering) preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully managing HOA or related projects.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Lead and facilitate kick-off meetings; ensure clear communication of goals and expectations.
• Oversee execution, monitor progress, and keep projects on time and on budget.
• Build, lead, and motivate cross-functional project teams including vendors and staff.
• Coordinate with HOA boards, homeowners, and stakeholders with transparent communication.
• Develop and manage budgets; optimize resources to meet goals.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and status reports.
