FirstService Residential in California is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to join our Project Management Services team. The role oversees and executes HOA community projects, requiring strong leadership, construction awareness, and exceptional communication with stakeholders.

You will develop plans, manage budgets, lead cross-functional teams, and coordinate with boards, homeowners, and vendors to deliver high-quality results on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience managing HOA or community projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Lead kickoff meetings and drive on-time, on-budget project execution.
• Build, lead, and motivate cross-functional project teams and coordinate with vendors.
• Communicate with HOA boards, homeowners, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, budgets and quality control throughout projects.
