Job summary

FirstService Residential in the United States is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee and execute community projects, ensuring quality of life improvements for residents. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with HOA boards and vendors.

You should have strong project management and construction background, excellent communication, and knowledge of HOA regulations. PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Proven experience in project management with a track record in HOA or related fields.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with objectives, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and ensure clear communication of goals.
• Oversee execution, monitor progress and keep on-time and on-budget.
• Build and motivate cross-functional teams including contractors and vendors.
• Serve as primary contact for HOA boards, homeowners and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project budgets and allocate resources.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and status reports.
