FirstService Residential is seeking a General Manager to oversee the HOA community and deliver exceptional services that enhance property value and residents' lifestyle. The ideal candidate will have supervisory and HOA-specific experience and will manage day-to-day operations and finances in Mesa, AZ.

Key responsibilities include board coordination, staff supervision, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with all governing documents and laws.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HOA management experience
• 5+ years managing others
• HOA-specific supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational and administrative management of the community
• Prepare meeting packets, reports and minutes; attend meetings
• Direct and supervise on-site staff with coaching and performance management
• Manage the community’s financial operations, budget, and vendor invoices
• Ensure compliance with laws, governing documents and policies
• Coordinate with Board on strategic plan and long-term initiatives
• Coordinate vendor and contractor services and ensure timely work
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners and resolve inquiries
• Communicate with residents via newsletters, emails and meetings
• Promote community events and resident engagement
• Maintain organized records and documentation
