Job summary

Invest West Management, LLC. is seeking an experienced HOA Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of homeowner associations across Southwest Washington.

You will work closely with Boards of Directors, manage budgets and reserves, and supervise vendor contracts to keep communities operating smoothly. This role requires 3–5 years of HOA portfolio experience, CMCA certification or plan to obtain it, and familiarity with AppFolio, Vantaca, or TOPS.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with Boards, homeowners, and vendors.
• Strong financial oversight, budgeting, and reporting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple associations simultaneously and solve problems.
• Familiarity with governing documents, WA laws (WUCIOA & RCWs) and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advisor to Boards of Directors on operations and governance.
• Oversee association finances, budgets, reserves, and fiscal oversight.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and maintenance projects.
• Enforce governing documents and community rules while resolving concerns.
• Prepare and present Board materials and inspect properties.
