Job summary

American Homes 4 Rent is seeking a Leasing HOA Coordinator to ensure future residents meet HOA requirements. You will manage HOA applications, communicate with applicants, and resolve lease discrepancies to ensure compliant move-ins. Collaboration with Leasing Agents is essential to align lease terms with HOA rules.

The role requires attention to detail and strong communication across departments. This position supports HOA compliance across leased properties, coordinating with municipalities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in property management or HOA/city operations preferred.
• CRM Dynamics and Yardi experience preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Monitor the future resident pipeline in Dynamics CRM, reviewing each file to determine steps required by the HOA for move-ins.
• Submit HOA applications for new leases and renewals as required by the HOA.
• Proactively communicate with future residents via phone and email through the registration and application process.
• Inform residents of applicable fees and ensure a smooth transition into their new home.
• Identify and resolve violations or non-compliance issues in lease agreements with Leasing Agents.
• Review lease terms to ensure alignment with HOA restrictions and guidelines.
• Oversee rental registration applications where required for new leases.
• Maintain regular communication with HOAs to stay updated on changes in move-in requirements, fees, and restrictions.
