Job summary

American Homes 4 Rent, L.P. is seeking a proactive Market HOA Coordinator to foster relationships with local HOAs and ensure compliance with regulations across our portfolio.

The role focuses on prioritizing and resolving HOA violations, engaging residents, and developing strategies to minimize future incidents. The ideal candidate will have a background in property management or HOA regulations, familiarity with CRM Dynamics and Yardi, and a strong customer service orientation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in Property Management or HOAs/City regulations preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft CRM Dynamics and Yardi preferred.
• Background in Customer Service preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HOA violations, prioritizing severe cases, and ensure resolution.
• Engage with residents and HOAs to facilitate resolution of violations.
• Craft strategies to reduce frequency and impact of HOA violations.
• Conduct property visits to verify and resolve reported violations.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local HOAs; participate in meetings and votes as necessary.
• Collaborate with Centralized HOA department and property management teams to support approvals, requests, and registrations.
• Regularly update and manage records of Leasing Restricted communities to align with investment standards.
• Provide updates to District Leaders on HOA-related issues and work orders.

This role involves ensuring adherence to regulations within our portfolio and actively seeking ways to mitigate violations and associated costs.Responsibilities:Oversee HOA violations, prioritizing severe cases, and ensuring effective resolution.Engage with residents and HOAs to facilitate the resolution of violations.Craft strategies to reduce the frequency and impact of HOA violations in communities with high occurrence rates.Conduct property visits to verify and resolve reported violations.Build and maintain constructive partnerships with local HOAs, participating in meetings and votes as necessary.Collaborate with the Centralized HOA department and property management teams to support approvals, requests, and registrations.Regularly update and manage records of Leasing Restricted communities to align with investment standards.Provide consistent updates to District Leaders on HOA-related issues and work orders.Requirements:High School diploma or GED required.Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Experience in Property Management or with HOAs/City regulations is preferred.Familiarity with Microsoft CRM Dynamics and Yardi is preferred.Background in Customer Service is preferred.Valid driver’s license required.Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.Strong verbal and written communication skills.CompensationThe anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $21.09 to $25.30 Hourly.
