FirstService Residential is seeking an experienced HOA management leader to work with the Board of Directors, driving the business of the association and enhancing resident living experiences. The role emphasizes financial oversight, governance, and community operations.

The position requires 5+ years in HOA management and proven ability to lead teams, coordinate events, and ensure regulatory compliance across a large residential portfolio.

Qualifications

• HOA management experience required.
• Experience managing teams of 5+ people.
• Familiarity with community association policies.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financials with the Regional Director and Board.
• Plan, organize and assist the Board in conducting meetings.
• Attend Board, club and committee meetings as required.
• Mentor community team including Project Manager or Facilities Director.
• Oversee maintenance, vendor coordination and budget compliance.
• Address resident concerns and assist in dispute resolution.
