Qualifications

• Experience leading HOA management for a high-rise or community associations.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and financial reporting.
• Proven leadership and team management in a regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of the high-rise community operations.
• Partner with the Board to implement strategic goals and governance.
• Prepare Board materials and financial summaries; attend meetings as required.
• Oversee budget development, capital planning, and financial statements.
