Job summary

FirstService Residential seeks a Community Manager to advise the Board, homeowners, and vendors, leveraging independent judgment. You will oversee operations, finances, compliance, and vendor relations while maintaining the highest standards of service and ethics.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, reviewing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. CMCA certification is preferred and upgrading to eligibility is expected within two years.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred or comparable business experience.
• CMCA preferred; will be required within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Practice and adhere to FirstService Residential Global Service Standards.
• Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.
• Attend meetings and work groups to integrate activities and communicate issues.
• Manage association fiscal matters, including financial statements and annual budgets.
• Ensure all civil code and legal requirements are met and the association remains compliant.
