Capital Consultants Management Corporation in Florida is seeking a Community Standards Coordinator to uphold resident relations, answer inquiries, and advise on HOA governing documents.

You will conduct property inspections, issue violations with reference to maintenance standards, and assist homeowners through the Architectural Review process while maintaining confidentiality and a flexible schedule. You must hold a CAM license (Florida) within six months of hire and drive as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience in a service environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of business matters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties.
• Issue violations referencing property maintenance and aesthetics.
• Document, photograph and record all violations.
• Assist Homeowners with the Architectural Review process.
• Prepare applications for committee review.
