Job summary

Ion Solar in Orem, UT is seeking an HOA Specialist to submit HOA applications within 24 hours of the queue and to follow up with accounts weekly to determine approval status. The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering timely updates to customers and coordinating with other departments to move accounts forward.

Responsibilities

• Submit all HOA applications within 24 hours of hitting the queue.
• Follow up with accounts weekly to determine approval status.
• Communicate with all customers in the queue weekly to provide updates and answer questions.
• Communicate with other departments clearly to determine what is needed to move the account forward.
• Maintain both personal and team email - respond to all communication within 48 hours.
