Job summary

ION Solar is hiring a Project Management Supervisor to lead our Special Services team in Orem, Utah. This on-site, full-time role oversees the solar installation challenges such as electrical service upgrades, third-party contractor coordination, and financing changes.

You will guide a team, resolve escalations, and ensure high-quality project execution. No solar experience required if you have led a customer service, support, or operations team and can untangle complex issues while keeping

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, support, or operations.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Calm and professional when a customer isn't
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with follow-through on projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to assign projects and track productivity.
• Handle escalations from agents to resolve customer issues.
• Conduct quality reviews and coach agents one-on-one.
• Identify weaknesses and build training to fix them.
• Carry a small caseload to stay connected with the work.
• Be SME for agents, sales reps, and homeowners.
• Support manager with new processes rollout.
• Set a constructive team culture.
