Job summary

HOALiving in Draper, Utah is seeking a Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations for multiple communities. You will support boards, homeowners, and vendors, ensuring smooth operation and trust with residents.

Ideal candidates bring HOA or related experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage deadlines while working in a hybrid office/field setting. Certifications are encouraged and supported by the company.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years HOA/community association or property management experience.
• Hospitality, education, retail, or real estate backgrounds with client relations are transferable.
• Willingness to pursue HOA certifications (CMCA/AMS/PCAM) if not yet held.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1–2 board meetings per week (evenings, Mon–Thu).
• Collaborate with AP/AR/customer service/maintenance teams.
• Visit communities to oversee maintenance and ensure compliance.
• Keep boards/homeowners informed with professional communication.
• Interpret covenants and draft community policies.
• Draft resolutions and written policies for communities.
