Job summary

HOALiving is seeking a detail-oriented Community Specialist in Draper, Utah, a hybrid role supporting Community Managers and homeowners. You will manage records, coordinate communications, and assist with architectural requests and vendor management.

You will build experience in community association management while delivering responsive service and maintaining organized documentation across multiple communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administrative support, hospitality, property management, real estate, retail, or other service-oriented environments.
• Experience in HOA or community association management is a plus but not required.
• Skills and adaptability to learn new industry tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to homeowner questions and requests by phone, email, action items, and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate homeowner account notes and community records.
• Prepare, send, and track violation correspondence through Vantaca.
• Review, organize, and coordinate architectural requests.
• Organize and distribute community newsletters and other communications.
• Assist Community Managers with day-to-day needs and attend association meetings as needed.
• Track insurance renewals, bids, and related information through Vantaca.
• Organize bids, contracts, and other community documents.
