Job summary

ViiV Healthcare seeks a Territory Account Manager to drive long-acting HIV injectable treatment sales. The role requires engaging healthcare providers, building strategic territory plans, and delivering a seamless, integrated customer experience within a launch context.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to address clinical and financial challenges, while meeting performance goals and maintaining the highest standards of compliance and patient focus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of specialty experience.
• Domestic travel required; overnight travel possible.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results through exceptional sales and service.
• Identify, target, and win new business with HCPs.
• Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and admins to understand challenges.
• Leverage data analytics to identify high-priority prospects.
• Prepare and execute business plans tailored to customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team members to offer integrated product experience.
• Maintain portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure cohesive customer experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing HCP needs.
• Develop external relationships with key customers and thought leaders.
• Follow compliance guidelines and uphold ViiV's values.
