Job summary

Datavant is seeking a customer service professional to handle information requests via phone, email, and written correspondence. You will document interactions in our software systems and maintain strict confidentiality while upholding productivity and quality standards.

Required are a high school diploma, experience with a multi-line phone system, and proficient MS-Office skills. Training will cover HIPAA and ROI certification as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-line phone system required.
• Computer proficiency: MS-Office at intermediate/advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Answer and conduct business on the telephone with excellent customer service.
• Answering release of information related telephone calls and inquiries accurately.
• Review, research, resolve and respond to inquiries via phone, email or written correspondence.
• Document all calls and resolutions in the software systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional rapport with coworkers and management.
• Meet productivity and quality assurance expectations.
• Attend mandatory trainings and maintain attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
