Qualifications

• Friendly, professional communication. Good customer service skills.
• Experience with multi-line phone system.
• Intermediate/advanced MS-Office skills.
• Experience in Data Entry, Medical Records, Health Care, Insurance Claims Processing and proofreading.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Schedule an 8.5-hour shift within 8 a.m.–9 p.m. ET, including breaks and lunch.
• Answer and conduct business on the telephone with excellent customer service.
• Answering release of information related telephone calls and inquiries accurately and timely.
• Review, research, resolve and respond to inquiries via telephone, email or written correspondence.
• Document calls, inquiries and resolutions in software systems.
• Maintain productivity and quality assurance expectations.
• Follow company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Attends mandatory trainings with attendance records
• Maintain professional rapport with coworkers and management.
• Maintain open lines of communication regarding problems or incidents.
