Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and process patient health information requests per policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Maintain working knowledge of company software and facilities systems.
• Adhere to conduct policies and report issues to management.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist with patient walk-ins as needed.
• Prepare new patient charts and ensure records are complete and accurate.
